With all the new hazelnut acreage coming in in places where hazelnuts have never grown before, it is not uncommon to see some nutrient deficiencies in some of these young hazelnut trees. If you are seeing some interveinal chlorosis in some of the older leaves, you may be experiencing a magnesium deficiency.
